Briton Street began as a 3-bedroom property in need of renovation. It was transformed into a 6-bedroom HMO with 3 bathrooms, designed for students. This extensive project included a loft conversion within a conservation area and a garage conversion to add more living space. Additionally, walls were removed to create an open-plan kitchen and living area, enhancing the communal living experience. These significant upgrades required meticulous planning and execution, resulting in a modern and spacious property that caters to the needs of student occupants, blending functionality with contemporary design.
