Kirby road

Kirby Road was initially a 3-bedroom mid-terrace property purchased by our customer. To cater to the student market, it was renovated and transformed into a 6-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). This significant upgrade was accomplished by adding a rear dormer to increase upper-floor space, constructing a small rear extension, and creating an open-plan kitchen to enhance communal living. These modifications provided additional living space and modern amenities, resulting in a property that meets the demands of student living while maintaining a comfortable and stylish environment.
