Stretton Road, initially a modest 3-bedroom property, underwent a substantial overhaul to emerge as a spacious 6-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), complete with 3 bathrooms tailored for student living. This transformation involved intricate renovations, including a loft conversion within a conservation area and repurposing an existing garage. Moreover, strategic wall removals were undertaken to fashion an inviting open-plan kitchen and living area, fostering a modern and communal living environment. The project exemplified a meticulous blend of innovation and craftsmanship, resulting in a reimagined space that meets the specific needs and aspirations of its occupants.
